Controller adjustment method

First, the wiring method

The device has 7 lead wires, two red wires are connected in series to the host current detecting loop; two green wires are connected in series to the fan current measuring circuit; the yellow wire is connected to the power line; the blue line is the output line; the black line is the input and Output the shared line and connect to the distribution line.

Second, the debugging method

(a) First turn the main current adjustment knob clockwise to the maximum and the fan current adjustment knob to the counterclockwise to the minimum.

(b) Start the air compressorpulse valveanalyzerfanhostfeeder according to the normal power-on sequence. Select manual feeding. Note that the host current cannot exceed its rated current (refer to the motor nameplate). Decrease, record the real-time current value I of the fan when the host starts to blank, stop the feeding, and stop the host when the host current is greater than the host no-load current of about 10A.

(c) The rest of the equipment will not be stopped temporarily. When the pulse is blown for about 10 minutes, when the fan current reaches the maximum, the fan current is controlled to close to the fan current value I when the windshield is closed; the host is started, and the host starts. Open the feeding controller, select automatic discharging, adjust the fan current control clockwise, make the feeder controller output current 0.5A or =0A, then open the windshield. At this time, the continuous feeding, the host current rises rapidly, waiting for the host When the current reaches or closes to the rated current, adjust the main current knob counterclockwise so that the feeder output current is 0.2A or =0A, and the coarse adjustment is completed.

(d) Continue to power on, observe the system working conditions, if there is blanking, you can fine-tune the fan current control knob to the right; if the host current is too large, you can fine-tune the main current knob to the left (counterclockwise) for 1-2 hours. The main machine is not overloaded, not blanked, and commissioned. Lock the nut on the adjusting knob.
