Common Faults Of The Rotary Level Switch

Common fault phenomenon 1: When the material is not submerged, the output occurs.

Cause Analysis:

1. Dust or debris enters the bearing and causes the drive shaft card to produce an output.

2. Material impact causes the drive shaft to deform and bend, causing the drive system to card and produce output.

Common fault phenomenon 2: When the material is immersed in the blade, there is no output. When installing the resistance level switch, it should be avoided to be installed directly under the feed port to prevent the material from falling and causing damage to the blade of the resistance level switch. If it is unavoidable to install under the inlet, the protective baffle can be installed to prevent damage or malfunction of the blade caused by material impact. Before installing the resistance level switch in the silo, it should be confirmed that it is horizontal. Installation or vertical installation, diagonal mounting or top mounting;
